Missy that is great news. Amazing how they rally sometimes.

    Hello Mr G:l
It's a rather boring book supposedly based on Somerset Mauham's early life.

Of Human Bondage - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I also bought Michael Kirby's book A private life..... a bit of a wrist slasher.

Missy, that's good news about your mum.
Have a wonderful time in Melbourne. I should save up and take Mr Rags there for a weekend some time.

PS: Paul Simon tickets go on sale to-day.

Wow Undies Australia day is celebrated here in Arizona. It's at the Boyce Thompson Arboretum with didgeridoo-accompanied tours through their outback collection, which includes eucalyptus and red gum trees. If you bring a didgeridoo you get in free. I'll have to pay if I go :H

G'day Missy. Good to hear about your mum. :l

I can recommend plenty of dodgy massages in St.Kilda, but no kosher ones sorry. Larry, your concierge might be the best bet to ask. Actually, the aquatic centre probably have a massage capability?

So ... this travel advisor suggests ... Cafe di Stasio in Fitzroy St. for a lovely al fresco lunch, either a la carte (a bit exy) or the $35 two-course lunch special; a walk to Acland St for more people perving and a visit to Monarch Cakes for their 100 year old Polish Cheesecake; and a nice stroll along the Esplanade on Sunday morning for the market.

The travel advisor is ALL over it. I can add nothing further except to say go for a dip in the bay too.

                    New Year Underoos.....

Meant to tell you this story....

Went to the Club with FH (favourite honey) and he usually has a flutter on the pokies. Not my thing, but I sit with him and watch. There was a woman sitting on the machine next to us, schooner of beer in hand, falling asleep, not knowing which buttons to press, totally incoherent. The manager was telling her she had to leave and she was trying to comprehend what was happening. All the while the beer never left her hand or spilt when she was dozing off! Eventually, she gets that she has to leave and, believe it or not, sculls the beer, heaves herself to her feet and follows the manager and security out of the club.....

I've never been escorted from any venue because of my inebriation but I have similar cringe moments in my memory bank................

Raggsie - a zooper dooper is an ice block - the long skinny cordial flavoured numbers.
Happs - seriously considering purchasing 'guilt free desserts' but think I'll search in a bookstore for similar. You've got me seriously thinking about getting rid of the sugar, I do like me sweet things & I just know that cancer loooooves sugar.
Tawny - minimal flies round here too!
Jones - how's the exercising going? I went 5x last week & have only managed once this week. I need to work on consistency.
Missy - very glad to hear your off to see the Mexicans this weekend. Big Italian wedding, oh yay, I bet the food'll be good.
                        Hi G-string
So I'm off to get the stuff needed for the new school year, can't believe school hols are almost over already. I do like having the monkeys around & not having to make school lunches every morning.
Stuffen. (Spellcheck wanted that be be 'stiffen' gotta keep an eye on it I tell ya)
And hellloooooo to everyone else xo
