Id celebrate the opening of an envelope! We have what we call 'restaurant night' here every valentines day. I cook a meal with my daughter , tho shes 15 now and will cook most of it herself and we theme it, indian, italian or whatever, write up menus and she plays waitress! Its great fun, we always have a heart shaped sponge cake as well with strawberries and cream and this year pink lemonade instead of pink champagne!
