I've had a 'day out' from domesticity and family, just Joe and myself - went for a lovely long walk on the beach and then a gorgeous lunch/dinner -- I'm so full I want to die
Joey has finally made contact, so he's alive and well - ish, guessing maybe major hangover going on. Unlike Amy. Mick, I think he doesn't have the stamina for another one tonight!!
          Sounds a lovely day Molly,

whilst its a pain and I agree can't stand people not chipping in, my day was made by a lovely gesture, we went down to the Quay close by but arrived after 11 so breakfast had stopped being served and they were preparing lunches, we just accepted a coffee, the manager saw us and sent over 4 of the most delicious bacon sarnies on healthy bread and it was complimentary, what a way to start New Year, renews your faith in human nature
Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. The important thing is not to stop questioning.

Yeah, the toof isn't hurting too much anymore, but I've a crashing headache for 3-4 days now, I'm hoping it's just related to the infection, but it's making me quite narky, and I've had to take some ibuprofen which I hate taking, but need's must!

Joe and I had a great chat today, we've decided when the shop sells we are going to take a bit

of money out of the proceedings and go on a real 'road-trip' in the States for a month or two. Life is short, we realised that this year - and this would deffo be a trip of a lifetime --- can't wait for the shop to sell now!!
Wow Molly go for it, sounds great :l

No smoking break as we speak, but I have learnt when I do decide to get my butt off a chair and excersise the ciggies come second place

Aye, it was fine... I mean it wasn't like WHAHAY.........YAY............. THIS IS FUCKING AWESOME...

But it was certainly interesting being the sober one.

There is definitely a tipping point for SOME people where booze just seems a wee bit pointless when viewed through sober eyes. Still, there is still that part of me that was like... oh, man... just ONE drink?!

I drank 8 bottles of AF beer. By the 8th I was like "this stuff is fucking awful" But it was 3.30am and I was bolixed tired.

Need to muse more on it.

The amount of serious (and I mean serious) drink driving that happens on Highland Perthshire roads is a bit like WTF tho...

We did it 7 years ago travelling the west coast of USA camping in National Parks. NO DRINKING for 6 weeks. It was fabulous and felt the fittest I have ever been it was the reason I wanted to kick the booze. As soon as we got back home I started drinking again:upset:
Go for it Molly and Joe

Selling the shop might be tough but could be life enhancing
