Hubs has gone to bed, after what I thought was a nice afternoon, pouting and depressed. Go figure. I thought we had moved beyond the argument.

This is my one big present to myself! Now we get to eat rice and beans for a few weeks...lol.

I need to catch up with everyone. I am off tomorrow and will be staying home...after today I cant spend a dime!

big day today with Inauguration and MLK day.....I didn;t vote for Obama, but I admire him.
Bernice King was Bunny when she was 10. She came to my birthday slumber party and wet the bed!!
I have the same issues with hubs.....but we usually work it out. Marriage is hard work
into shower and the to the paradise of my job....NOT
love you all....

Hope everyone is having an amazing day. Saw a story about a baby born without arms. He is 9 months old and he just got some prosthetic arms. Amazing. They are fund raising to get him the next pair which actually reacts to nerves, etc. Wonderful. When I get home tonight, I'll post it here for you. Makes you thankful for what you have. These parents are just amazing. They have no idea why his arms just stopped growing in the womb. But, they are giving this child everything they can.

Hi Friends,
No bedwetters here, just two pooped people and a pooped pup. I finished reading a book and sorted/ trashed a bunch of papers. Made some lovely cabbage soup with a ham bone yesterday, dill was the secret spice. Back to work tomorrow, I'll have to keep moving more than I have for the past couple of days. Stay warm, we are going into the deep freeze here.

just ironed for two hours and watched the Inauguration...it was lovely and Beyonce was incredible. The Obama girls looked cute too.

I enjoyed the inauguration, too. It was quite moving at times.

Doing at bit better here, but still lost. I wonder what my purpose is. Sometimes it doesn't pay to think too hard.

Everyone stay warm tomorrow. Br-r-r. I've got warm clothes ready for work, as it will be cold in the library.
