    Hello my dear friends and welcome Glass! We are happy to have you with us!

    I hope everybody's headaches have eased up today...it could have been due to the fact that it was the first day back at work after a 3 day weekend...I know that makes me physically ill. LOL

    Nora - Don't look too far ahead, just stay in the "now" and keep TTDP!! I just renewed my prescription...I have NO plans to stop it. Staying smoke-free has been my main focus, but I know I'm one drink away from the abyss...and I'm NOT going there again!

    HappyHippy...have fun on your adventure and take pictures of your girls in their hoodies ok? I should put up a picture of my daughters chihuahua...it's so funny, her eyes are BUGGING out....actually it's kinda scary. hehe

      Nora, fighting instead of following those thoughts will make you stronger. You are a winner, just keep believing that.
      My life is better without alcohol, since 9/1/12. My sobriety tool is the list at permalink 236 on the toolbox thread under monthly abstinance.

              bug eyed Chi niner??? mama what would you call my doxies, pray tell? They're 2 doggers long and a half dogger high but inspite of their short legs, they're swift and they're....spry.

                Quick fly by......

                Just can't get on here at work anymore. :upset::upset:

                K9 - Yep, I TTDP this morning. The shape of the pill has changed and now it is very similiar to 3 other pills. So now I just throw it in my pill case on 3 days of the week. I never know when I actually took it, so I can't start counting days until I drink.

                    Nora - I just got new stickers at the 99c store, there were 5 sheets packaged together, I think they were supposed to be 99c each....oh well. Anyway, they are very cute, hearts and birds and giraffes...kinda juvenile but I'm immature so it works!

                        Hippie, my BEAUTIFUL dog is a rescue dog, part doxie and part English Pointer. She has a long sleek body and long legs, the golden brown color of a deer.

                              I don't have any dogs at the moment, but I do have a cat who's lovely but completely crazy.
