One Step at a Time - January 2013

Nora: hope you're doing well. One day at a time and take that Antabuse seems like a good advice from the other members.... But I'm sorry it seems to give you side effects...

Juja: so glad l- glute helps you too! I freaked out when I thought I didn't have l glut w me at work. I rushed out at lunch time to go to GNC. They had it on sale! Then I came back found a secret stash in my drawer! *whew*. I feel like instead of being agraid running out of alcohol, I'm afraid of running out of l glut!

K 9, iPad is addicting. But becareful, once your daughter gets into it, you may never see it again. My son 11 yo confiscates mine 99% of the time so I'm reduced to using my iPhone to communicate w the outside world... Miserable existence..... I'm a prisoner in my own home

After my brave attempt at blood draw, 3 huge tubes of blood taken out of me, I slept 11 hours for 2 nights. Don't know results yet. But based on symptoms of my chronic fatigue, reaction to the blood draw, I'm guessing I'm anemic.

I also prob need vit d because I don't go out to the sun enough, prob iron deficient. Probl got liver problems. I'm prob hypochondriac! 8 years of little blood work except I know I have no hepatitis or TB that kind of stuff.

I lost 16.5 pounds so far in 1.5 months. I think it's topamax helping but I would never recommend using it for weight loss due to serious side effects.

                Omg!!!!!

My liver is ok! I'm not anemic! B12 and thyroid fine. Vit d not back. Glucose fine.

Dianosis: hypochondriac!!!!! I thought I was dying of cirrhosis because I drank too much! So, no excuse of my laziness.

                Whew!

UH UH....not happening!!! She already TOOK the laptop and has an iPhone....I will fight to the bloody death over this iPad! HEHEHEHE

Mama is good at keeping up with everything...I try to do the same. Although I refuse to give the KarTRASHians any more of my time...they are a waste of space and an insult to Calabasas, CA (I used to live there...we are NOT all like that). To plan a pregnancy (out of wedlock) when you're still married to the guy you had the $15million/72-day marriage to is just beyond cheesy....she's a whore. Ok...of MY soapbox now!

Kartrashians never get a second of my time. I agree, it's teaching Americans that's the way our culture should be... Sad...

Oh I forgot to say, Ally - I'm glad the only thing wrong with you is that you're a hypochondriac! I went off on a Kartrashian tangent and lost my train of thought...they DO kill brain cells...

                            JUJA,:l:h,
I'm so glad the l -glut is having some effect for you. This could be a break-through for your depression, which is fueled by alcohol. You know that. My sister fell into depression and anxiety, from which she never emerged. It can become very serious.

Welcome Glass. We look forward to knowing more about you.

K-9, my dog's name is also Sandy. She came to us with that name though her Color is more like amber. I call her Sandra sometimes, mostly when she's in trouble.
My life is better without alcohol, since 9/1/12. My sobriety tool is the list at permalink 236 on the toolbox thread under monthly abstinance.
