Back to work for me today but with a new and refreshed attitude.

Morning Starteroo,

Booked a day off so I don't have to go in 'til next Monday and then I'm thinking about taking a weeks holiday. Christmas took a bit more out of me this time round was a tad more stressful than I anticipated.

Off to see my GP this evening to have a bit of a chat. A sort of a review of 2012.

It's a stunning morning here - sitting on the patio having a cup of coffee. Yet another trip to the nursery is on the cards, and then I've promised Mrs. T that I'll stop or at least try and moderate :H.It's becoming fecking expensive.

Good luck at work, Starts. I'm headed back to the office on Monday.

Morning Tipperooo,

Crikey can't wait until I can get going in the garden. I was lucky enough to receive lots of expensive lotions and potions for Chrimbo and I'm very happy about that ............but I nearly passed out with delight when I opened a basket for planting spring bulbs in.

Gardening is good. Do you know I never thought I would say that in my lifetime.

I've been a bit hit and miss lately. I used to take them religiously every morning and have missed a few now and again.

That isnt so good, that will mess with your brain chemistry I think.

Maybe plan on taking them religiously or plan to taper off?

You'll never guess what I bought yesterday a 7 day pill box and stuck in front of the 'puter. Great minds think alike.

Put in the ADs in plus all the supps I take.

Excellent!
I have upped my ADs lately, but I take them each morning when I take my asthma meds (i never forget those!)
Especially winter I think its so important to watch our mental health

Anyway, I must away to go dogging.
