I have managed two whole weeks without a drink,
I have been taking topamax and other supps,which
do seem to take away the craving, I also listen to
relaxation tapes which help me sleep.But mostly
it's due to visiting mwo and all the support on offer,

Well done Paula, Two weeks is a fantastic achievement.. You missed out the most important thing in listing all the things which have helped you, YES, YOU... You could have had all the help in the world but it wouldn't have mattered a bee's dick if you yourself hadn't worked at it... I bet when you look back at the last two weeks they seem to have passed quite quickly as well don't they???

Good on you paula....oirish is right though, you can have all the help and the supps in the world, but if you don't get yourself motivated...it ain't gonna happen...YOU did this my girl...
