      Just been for arun....well run and walk really....up in tham thar hills...2.28 miles 26 minutes....not in the slightest bit puggled..just all me joints are aching !!!! :upset:
      af since the fourth of July 2012...howzat then America..now proudly marching into year 12

                      Daft thing is the doctor confirming I'm actually proper poorly is already making me feel a lot better. Getting back to taking me meds and supps religiously will help and the rest is up yo moi.
