        Hell no Limers! - I did over a year AF then fell off the wagon big time after I broke up with my boyfriend then sorted myself out again before I went to teachers college so it will be two years AF at the end of March this year.

            Have you given up smoking? I actually found that worse to knock on the head - infact it took getting pregnant to finally give up the cigs.

                  I've had two big slips - and I'm not so naive to think I am safe yet - you just have to be vigilant as I know how easy it is to slip.

                            Dya know I don't smoke at home unless I'm drinking - I smoke at work to give me a break !!

                            But yes the cigs have got to go too - I really need to kick me arse into gear :new:
