Any room at barracks for another soldier? Would just like to thank Molly, RC and Jackie for welcome and say hi to everyone else. You guys prob dont realise but you have helped me so much. I only hope that i can make this quit my last.

Hello Sweetpea - nice to meet you.
Mrs A - it's beautiful and hot today - although the weather has been a bit up and down - we had days at 28 degrees C and then one night there was snow back on the mountains.

Daft thing is the doctor confirming I'm actually proper poorly is already making me feel a lot better. Getting back to taking me meds and supps religiously will help and the rest is up yo moi.

Hi to zeppie, whizzy and sooty.

Sweety, anon gets called mrs a or whizzy on account of her running prowess. She ran two marathons last year I believe. Not bad for a pensioner!

The depression's back. Was being a bit slap dash with the anti-depressants. Bought a pill dispenser and Mr JC's going to do the naggy thing to make sure I take them. Got bitten on the bum.

Sooty - she is a funny wee mite - her new thing is blowing big raspberries - she puts so much effort in she gives herself a double chin. Yesterday we went around the supermarket with her blowing raspberries all the way around - the looks we got were priceless.
