Two Good Days In A Row

I had two good days. Held at about 50 percent. Slept a lot and went to bed early. I think I'm getting ready to pick a day to quit. Not scared anymore. Time to take back my life.

Good job. Going to bed early helps when you get a craving. Your sleeping will probably be all over the map when you first quit totally. It took me a couple weeks to get somewhat normal with sleeping. Have you read Jason Vale's Kick The Drink Easily? It addresses a lot of our weird societal ideas about alcohol. It might help you with your fear.
