Oh I'm an artificial blond too.Think I may just be completely grey underneath.

The hairdresser just comes around and plunges me head into a vat of Domestos these days.
It could be worse, I could be filing.

        Yooooo hoooo Foxy,
That sandwich sounds a bit of all right.
We've got to go shopping when the football (soccer) finishes.

That's another thing you'll have to get used to, Hippy. We call soccer is called football this side of the pond.

Yep, it does, hippyman. Bear in mind though that us army folks have a tendency to stick an "ers" on the end of peeps' names, so you might end up being called knickers!

First run of the year done. Only 2 miles along the banks of the river seven, but quite pleased with myself cos I didn't walk at all and I haven't run for 3 months. The river's in flood and the toe path is ankle deep so me trainers are soaked. :upset:

Do you know, I suppose I was. Used to cart me 10 year old son all over the place to play in an under 11s league. Just have to say I was soooooooooooooo grateful when he got to 12 and played rugby.

                      Now there's a thought Peacenickers.:H

I saw that your Dad started running at 60. There is hope that I may be able to get my body back in shape after all! I am alittle worse for wear cause of all alcohol. It's been so many years that I could barely walk :H :H :H don't know what my legs will think if I start to run?
