They were both around yesterday. Hopefully just busy.

I'm late cos had my hair done and she's only just left, am blonde again now without the very dark parting.

Gloomy old day here but i'm off out with the dog soon, time for some cobweb blowing.

Yes JC but only because of artificial intervention, mousy brown underneath. She puts 3 colours in it so it doesn't look too tarty. I'm too old for tarty

Afternoon everyone. Still sleeping badly waking up in the early hours and falling back asleep a few hrs later to wake up late. But sleep is sleep till i get in to a routine again. Habing a salmon mayo sandwich and a few crisps and washing to hang out. Day 4 for me and no craing to drink so far long may it last. Planning to get back in to AA next week or may be tomorrow. Have a super sober saturday folks.
