    Army Thread 6th January

Sorry you're struggling questie, but don't cave if you can avoid it. Like P3 said, find something to do. Have a bath or go for a walk maybe?

Hope everyone else is having a good Sunday.

    Well done molls! :goodjob:

Back from a 2hr 15 min walk. Bit knackered but pleased that I'm starting to build up my fitness again. Need to lose a few pounds put on over the festive season.

Sitting here with a tangerine and coffee and following the footy on my lappie. Quite looking forward to going home tomorrow, but it has been good for me to be here. I've managed to get a little bit of discipline back.

Thank you all for my birthday wishes. I really needed them today

Did a race today and was the oldest by 32 years. God I felt old but at least I am out there doing it!
Hiya whizzy That must have felt very strange! How did your race go? Are you getting anywhere near to your old level of fitness that you had before you had your health problems?

HAPPY BIRTHDAY WHIZZIE!!! :l (at your age, we need to start speaking loudly :H )

:hallo: Army. Bad bout of Sunday Sickness. I really, really don't feel like going back to the office yet. Comfort food is in order - Marmite toast with sliced banana and strong milky tea.
          I'll do whatever it takes

                  Evening all.

Now this is just weird. Some of the words MWO are coming up in blue and if you click on them an advert comes up for a smart phone.
It could be worse, I could be filing.

Yeah JC, it was happening for awhile, then just as mysteriously stopped. It seemed suspiciously curious how the highlighted words seemed to be "speaking to me". Was a bit paranoid. lol
