It isn't easy and I did it again

Sad as it is I gave in and drank on Tues eve. I pretty much knew it was going to happen I felt so angry and depressed. I found out that a co-worker that isn't really liked where I work is coming back from sick leave. There have been many times that I have gone home and literally drank untill I passed out. I know now that it is truly going to be hard AF.

Though is seems as a excuse (which I have had plenty of in the past) I don't think my mind was anywhere, but on that first drink. Another thing is that I noticed lately I am up and down. Now that I have been away for alcohol for a little bit of time I am finally noticing how awful I really look. My face has slimmed down some from the puffiness, but the rest of me oh yuck. :eeks:

I am taking vitamins and trying to eat healthy again and I know that it will take time to look and feel good again. I have never been a patient person espcially in my drinking days. Well hopefully I will remain AF this weekend; weekends can be trying for me.

Jacy, as RJ once told me, "don't let one bad day ruin what you have done." Sage advice from one smart person.

The great thing about tomorrow is that it's a chance to start over again. So, start over, let Tuesday go, and focus on the future. What do you have to lose?

I agree wholeheartedly with Fan....checkin here instead of picking up that drink....gain strength through your MWO friends. That is what I do...when I feel I want to drink, I jump in here instead...it helps tremendously.

Jacy, are you taking any of the supplements? They can really help with the cravings.......

          Fan, Athelete, & TiredOfCrying:

          Thanks for your support.

I really need MWO and I appreciate all your support and suggestions. It seems like it was really easy to get where I was before, but not as easy to get where I want to be.

            Lush,

I am not taking any supplements. The only thing I am taking is vitamins. I was considering taking orthoplex glutamine complex. What is your thoughts one that?

I noticed a huge decrease in cravings when I look the l-glutamine powder and the kudzu (the one sold here, not health store version. Much more potent) around 4 in the afternoon which is usually when I like to start drinking. Really big difference. Also the CDs have been a help but if that is not your thing you might want to consider those two supplements.
