Hi everyone
Not been here for a week now. So here is the update. Spent last weekend reading Alan carrs book. Put into practice and today is day 5. More importantly 4th morning waking up without feeling crappy physically and mentally. Have to say so far so good. Have some cravings in the evening but have been following the guidance and seems to work pretty well, so far at least much easier than I thought it would be but it is early days.
As far as my partner knows I am just taking a break, decided not to make a big deal of it, and just keep the break going.
Thanks all for help and support, any ideas on supplements?
