Limers, when I finished my IBA training we had to do this appraisal thing for how the course went. 250 words. I couldn't get the first sentence. :upset:

At the time all I had in me mind was what a lovely colour jumper the course leader had.


Then once that popped into me mind I was off, then I had trouble paring it down.

Its all a load of shite..done more Myers Briggs, 360 s Belbins and every other type of self examination thing that existed...used to do appraisals, and bilats etc..boy was I glad to get into the real world :H:H Came out with things like ..you are ENTD , ESPF ESTD and all that...I thought it was the initials of the French rail system..or a dodgy disease clinic :H:H:..... love to be there when the case gets packed Molls ...stuff goes in , stuff comes out stuff goes in , stuff comes out, Joe do you think I should take...? why not..whats wrong with it..Joe which one do you like?..why whats wrong with that one?Joe does this look ok? does my bum look big in that one or this one? whaddya mean that one...wrong answer ya wee get...right thats it all packed..if Ive forgotten anything tough!!Joe lets weigh the case....WHAT DO YOU MEAN 28 FKN KILOGRAMS!!!!
