Being a non-tea drinker until recently, I didn't realise that Green Tea had caffeine in it until Friday night/ Saturday morning. I had a couple of cups of green tea (while others were drinking alcohol) before bed and could not sleep. DoH! Needless to say, I was absolutelSo now I know not to drink the good green stuff at nights.
Just thought I'd pass on my realisation for others having trouble sleeping and opting for green tea as an alternative to yucky old alcohol. I'm definitely saving green tea for mornings!
