Woke up feeling great because this quit date is here. Had my last drink at between 3-330 PM this morning. Got up this morning and my wife watched me pour all the remaining alcohol in the house down the drain. She was so proud. Doc already checked in by email( he's great) and will be in touch through the day. I can't believe I feel so motivated. Yesterday I was scared and anxious about today but so far I feel great. Got a bunch of DVD's and books to pass the time today.I'll let you all know how I'm doing. My son got the day off today to stay home with me. It's all about friends family and support.

FTAF with a few speed bumps during 2014 & 2015 but will succeed.

Well allllllllllright, time to pull the boot straps up, look ol' AL in the face and tell him his kind aint welcome round here anymore.
Although I understand your fear about quitting, because I had it too, I can PROMISE you, you have nothing to fear.......well, ecxept spending time sober, clean, and clear........LOL
In short order, if you stick to it, that fear will go away, and be replaced with the confidence that you can stop drinking.
