    :H :H :H Only just read back - sorry folks, had to go and watch some horny animals on BBC 1 that that perv Attenborough was oggling. Am sure there were a few cougars on that.

    Aye sweetpea you are a timid wee kitten, but this mob'll have you into a raging cougar in no time if you don't watch yersel! :H

      hello all, just back from choir. When I left to go I was feeling down , almost in tears, thinking Im never going to succeed without drinking , then I went and my spirits were lifted singing the amazing stevie wonder. A blip, I got through it. Happy days. Haven't read back, hope all is well x

        Is caster sugar powdery or just finer grained than regular sugar?

                So a recipe that calls for caster sugar is calling for what we in the U.S. would call Superfine sugar, but a recipe calling for icing sugar is calling for what we in the U.S. call powdered sugar.

                          Yes, Running,

                          Bring the eggs to a boil in a pot. Once they are at a full boil, remove from heat, cover tightly and leave alone for 20 minutes.

                          voila, perfect hard boiled eggs.

                                I let them sit for 5 minutes. Of course, I love my yolks very runny so that I can dip my bread/muffin/whatever and sop up the yolks. (Dangerous these days but I do it anyway.)
