I used to live in a faraway land (half between caledonia and where they sent bad folks once upon a time), and when I lived there, there were 'orrible beasties, like mosquitos and bird-eating spiders and non bird-eating spiders but spiders nonetheless, and large cockroaches etc... and then there were these little gecko's, cute as could be, who'd eat these beastly little feckers (apart form the bird eating spider, me and the gecko's left her be less we be eaten also)... and I also appreciated geckos from then on. Like a supportive wee friend who kept the not-so-nice things away.

So far no bird-eating spider has tried to eat me, so I think the tattoo is working.
