i never know what to say except thank you all for the congrats and more importantly thank you all for the wonderful support.I could not have done it without you all , old hands and newbies like myself alike.I've been fighting a severe bout of depression the last 6 weeks or so and hav,'nt been posting much but I do check in several times a day for inspiration and you people are whats kept me AF all this time.I'm not fighting Al anymore, just consider myself a non drinker now so while I will still be here everyday I probably wont sign in except on the odd occassion.whether you are a 1000 days or 1 day all your posts help someone else .

Patrick I've had many waves of it too in the past year. And I get like you, not posting just reading when I'm feeling down. Hi Patrick, and a huge congratulations!!!!!!
I went through the huge depression bout too (I'm at 107 days). It faded, and just like you, I am just a non-drinker now. I was thinking today we are beyond where the waves are crashing against the shore, where you can't get out of the AL-brain depths because it's hold is so strong. And I'm not talking many day ones, just many days of torment. So with the hold of AL fading, we move into calmer waters. I'm with you there, Patrick. I'll look for your posts, send you some PMs, and we'll stay afloat.
