Your Family member Dixon is here !!

    Hi everyone ,
I am very much thankful to all of you for you PM and posting here.
NoraC, I was the person who studied all of your story and committed to remain AF. Your thread on whereabouts of me made a flooding of PMs at my inbox.
I now again feel that I do have a family here.
I remember the PM and post made by some wonderful fellows here are ,
    Mario,K9Lover,Nicelife,Madmans,Paula,NoraC,Pixie,D amo180,Rainyday,Techie,Flyway etc...
You all are my senior brother and sisters.

    To me,
I didn't count the days that I am away from MWO but my time went so quickly. These days I do not have time to surf the site like this though I have internet access at my work.I work on a open floor so hesitate to be always on this site .That's why it seems that I disappeared.
I am working hard 6 days in a week to collect money for the kids education and spend my time for a while.
My commitment towards Al is still like before or even stronger.I am using so many tools to defeat this devil. For example,
    1. Reading out books and MWO and other forum.
    2. Surfing internet.
    3. Linking with the spiritual people.Recently I made a master and he gave me a new name !!
    4.eating healthy food .
    5. Doing light meditation and exercise.
They are common no 1-5 anyway.

6.I tried so many times with NLP technique myself but could,t give the outcome.I got messed up somewhere. Now , I am hiring a professional though it is expensive and practising hard to achieve the goal. For example sometimes ,he stays with me a couple of hours and says to drink Al how much I do like .He asks question before drinking, while drinking after drinking and shows me the thinking patterns in different level of drinking but in the same case/topic.
We have recorded ,written down them and trying to train my mind naturally.

Anyway I wont go back and commit a suicide before this evil but ready to turn up into a rehab..centre ,wont lose the hope.
    I see you all later.
My pleasure that you all are here with my battle and we conquer this for all of us .

    Come back again,
    Dixon

                  Hi Rainday,
Its a programme used to change our behaviour giving the training to our mind. Here is a short brief information about it.

                  What is NLP? (Neuro-Linguistic Programming)
Neuro-Linguistic Programming is a method of influencing brain behaviour (the "neuro" part of the phrase) through the use of language (the "linguistic" part) and other types of communication to enable a person to "recode" the way the brain responds to stimuli (that's the "programming") and manifest new and better behaviours. Neuro-Linguistic Programming often incorporates hypnosis and self-hypnosis to help achieve the change (or "programming") that is wanted.

                  Neuro-Linguistic Programming, a definition:
Dr Richard Bandler invented the term "Neuro-Linguistic Programming" in the 1970s. He was recently asked to write the definition of Neuro-Linguistic Programming that appears in the Oxford English Dictionary. It says:

Neuro-Linguistic Programming: "a model of interpersonal communication chiefly concerned with the relationship between successful patterns of behaviour and the subjective experiences (esp. patterns of thought) underlying them" and "a system of alternative therapy based on this which seeks to educate people in self-awareness and effective communication, and to change their patterns of mental and emotional behaviour."

It is widely used to overcome any addiction and free from side effects but expensive.
hope this helps to understand it.
