        Jackie and RC- thanks for the invite I have awful social anxiety which leaves me anxious even when meeting-up with folk i know, another reason i drank! Im slowly taking baby-steps to deal with this but will have to see how it goes.

        Its snowing here again after me and the neighbour clearing our part of road earlier

            More the merrier methinks - and don't worry, I'll be anxious too. Like, who ARE these people I have become friends with via an internet forum?!? anxiety.com!

            But I have been told by the good and the great that they are indeed very fine folks and there be no reason at all to be anxious. It all be in your head there. :l

              I'm fine m'dear. REALLY just want to have a day of nada, but I seem to choose to hike up windy mountain on me day off :H So, early starts tomorrow in the posh skool...

                    Tell you the truth I was fecking terrified. Flew in a big plane all by myself. Booked into a hotel all by myself. I was so totally out of my comfort zone. But honestly the feeling of achievement when I got home to Newcastle, well you couldn't pay for it.

                    Opal picked me up from the hotel and we went into the city to meet Mario and did the bus tour.

                          Not even that high really. The wind gusts were hitting 80mph and I was wishing Id eaten more at crimbo to help keep me balance! Of an 800m Corbett, we only got maybe about 350 - 400 up. Darn! But it would have been dangerous to go on any further... another day...
