            Whoa - and I'm on 80.

I find this all SO confuddling. Why, if something at 30,000 times the recommended daily intake is good for you, is the recommended daily intake so fecking low?!?!

Funny think is I used to have more energy, or so I thought, when I wasn't quite so sober. Or maybe I was just half pissed most evenings... and ignored my energy levels in anticipation of a few drinks at the end of the day/night. And there's a lot of sugar in that ol' AL stuff....

When I first gave up booze or anything really, it always takes me a few months to get over the exhaustion. I wonder if its a PAWS effect ?

It's the same as mcg JC - microgramms, not milogramms.

So, I take 80 MICROgramms Molls. NOT grams ... then I'd just be one big B12 :H

I'm certainly starting to feel a more energetic. Not bouncing off the wall by any means but it'll do to get me through the winter.

                                So a 1000 micrograms = 100 gms.

B12 still sounds like some kind of bomber aircraft.
