So we went from good food to garbage bins in an evening already?!

Just laying back reading here, a book and wondering if i'll watch a movie... nothing to write home about.

Hmm just doing a quick rough tot here, daily drinker as you know and estimate I have been currently putting away conservitavly 100+units a week for a while now. Scary and saddening thought what that is doing to my health. No doubt this gets progressively worse despite everything.
