    SUPER SOBER SUNDAY SHOUT OUTS 27TH JANUARY 2013

    I'm glad to see the back of last week as on Monday a dear cousin died from alcoholism. He'd fought for years and had great swathes of sober time but in the end it killed him.



    So please join me in SHOUTING LOUD AND PROUD this SUPER SOBER SUNDAY because today I am a very grateful and thankful alcoholic that I found My Way Out

    Hi Jac,

    I'm very sorry to hear that. I know for me, it can be a fight, but i try not to look at it that way. I try to turn my thinking around daily to thoughts of gratitude that i can be free if i can cultivate an attitude of gratitude and positivity, and we can. There is SO much treasure out there for all of us to enjoy.

    Sober today, yay! And tomorrow, and the next day and the next, etcetera, etcetera.....

    Take care everyone, and go for it, for anything is possible! :h
