12 miles. Next week is to be 15... then it begins to hurt.. :upset: But got meself a wee plan, so fingers crossed no injuries - I had a couple of wee ones last year and am praying that was cos I was relatively new to the running malarky...

Evening army - and how are we all ?

Had a really lazy day - should have done done work for tomorrow, but feck em - I must have done about 70 hours last week!!!!

I've had mega catch ups on lie to me, come dine with me, house and there's a new series just started on Atlantic called the following - with Kevin bacon - and it's quite good.

And I've had chips for me tea - with mayo to dunk. Weightwatchers has took a beating this weekend

Life just doesn't get any better that telly days and chips
Trying again from 22nd September 2014 Keeping it simple. Keeping it real.

              Evening

Yep, Liverpool were awful, weren't they mrs a? Rodgers should have fielded a stronger team from the start. It's not the first time he's made that mistake.

Thank you starts. My running took a bit of a dip over crimbo - really cos I was focussing more on my AF time... and crimbo kinda got in the way :H

Brighton is 14th April. I'm a lucky sod as my brother knows the guy that runs it and snagged a free spot. This will be my second marathon. Would like to do Cork in June but getting there is SO expensive...

When I did my Friday morning run, i started running just as it started snowing - and it was lying - so very lucky to be able to be out running as it snows but not at the point that it's been lying and has become slippy. A happy (cold) run.

mrsa - do you have a diary of runs you are doing in advance? I don't seem to book runs until the very last minute and wonder whether I should just go ahead and sign up for, say 3 or 4 half mara's and mara's.. and then i HAVE to do them...?

My marathon is London a few weeks later. I managed 14.5 today and was lovely not to be slipping and sliding. Best thing of all is being able to do this running lark after all the years of boozing
