Good morning, Army

Getting up at 5 on a Monday morning is a schock to the system every week :upset: It gets better as the week progresses, thank feck.

Nothing much to report from my corner of Saffaland. There was extensive fire damage to a fynbos reserve close to us. It's directly opposite the cubs' school, and apparently the boarding school kids were up half the night. Mrs. T and I saw the fire engines still putting out flare-ups this morning. There's a 40 km/h wind gusting, so I guess they need to be careful.

I struggle getting up early too
What time are you home at night? I am home at 5.45 and it feels like a very long day. I start at 9 at the mo

Hope the fire is under control, I feel so bad for the wildlife that must lose their lives and their homes....

Morning Startypants :l

We're normally home by 5.00 pm. I usually start work around 6.45 so yes, it does feel like a very long day.

It's especially the tortoises that suffer in a fire like that - they simply can't get away fast enough with the strong winds driving the flames.

I hope your day will be OK, Starts. Only 5 days to go to the weekend

Morning army another cold one here but no rain. Yesterday was stormy with hail and wind. Shame about the wild life in the fire Tippsthe poor creatures that don't get away. Not much to report here either. Oh good in the gym Mario take it essy to start. Have a good monday.

Ive got me dental check-up this morn ( Meeting my friend and her gorgeous wee twins later for her bithday Hope dont need any fillings so i can eat.

Tis v windy and rainy here but i dont mind as long as the snow dont show.
