Good morning Tipperoooo, Starters, Reccybear, Runners, Pinkles, Marioooo, Mick, Limeyloo, Mollymoo.

Another caffeine fiend reporting for duty.

Back to work for me today and I've got a funny wee knot in my tummy.

Pinkles, that sounds horrendous. Hoping the pills kick back in PDQ.

Got to arrange some flowers today for my cousin's funeral (Thursday) unfortunately we can't get down to it, but I'll light a candle for him.

That was my intention. Not sure I will be out walking today, it's bucketing down again. I have realised that my not being able to get out for a potter in the garden isn't helping my moods. So I have decided am going to design and build an old fashioned potting shed with lean to glasshouse where I can potter about and loiter within. Currently looking at materials online, think this may take some time......

Xpost Mrs A, yes work is going well I think. It's a much calmer place than the madhouse I last worked in. My review is up in a couple of weeks weeks so fingers crossed. Not in till lunchtime today.

It's a wee anxiety knot. Feels like I haven't been to work for years not just a few weeks.
I'll be grand when I get there. It's always a good laugh.

Ooh didya see I've booked me flights. I'm coming in Friday night so I'll be at the airport to meet you Saturday morning.

KTAB- i love pottering in the garden too, something v therapeutic about it, but its been a no go area all winter with rain and snow. Mines is actually more like marsh at the mo.

I was thinking about last nights thread also and thank you Starty for the compliments . I was thinking about what I was saying about finally getting the whole deprivation vs reward thing and seeing my freedom forom alcohol as a reward in itself.I also looked over wips post in the tool box on 'do you deserve a drink today' . She talks about moving to 'gratitude mode' and that its not something that happens by itself, its a gradual shift in rethinking our internal dialogues on drinking and cultivating a new way of thinking . SO from now on each evening as I say g'nite to you all here im going to finish with positive thought of the day , whats good about my been sober that particular evening as well as my working on cultivating my own positive successful internal dialogue for rethinking my stinking drinking thinking that has been holding me back for years, anyhow, for right now, im very grateful to have all you lot to share my bubbles of thought with. See you all later xxx
