    Hi Army
I have foregone my evening run as the wind is blowing gale force outside.

Don't worry about it, me luvverly. I'll have a bowl of soup instead.

For the last 2 nights I have been sitting eating my supper and all of a sudden my nose starts bleeding profusely, Never had nosebleeds before. Not done anything different. But at the same time of day doing the same thing, and it bleeds like buggery.

      Anyone have any ideas why?

I used to get nose bleeds as a kid... the Doc cauterized my nose and they stopped. You may want to give the Doc a call and ask about it...
