I don't want to drink. So why do I want to drink tonight?

Thanks, Kuya and Mootsbill. Yesterday wasn't hard. I stayed in (Friday night), and it did cross my mind that usually I would automatically drink something on a Friday night, just because it was Friday night. But I was so tired I just couldn't wait to go to bed. The urge to sleep was greater than the urge to drink. Progress.

So, rinse and repeat Quake, we all get there one day at a time.

      Keep on trucking

Quake girl: yes! That was progress! Going to bed instead of drinking was progress! Plus, sleep is important!
