Thanks, Kuya and Mootsbill. Yesterday wasn't hard. I stayed in (Friday night), and it did cross my mind that usually I would automatically drink something on a Friday night, just because it was Friday night. But I was so tired I just couldn't wait to go to bed. The urge to sleep was greater than the urge to drink. Progress.
