Good morning Marioooooooooo, Starterooo, Sweetpea, Runners, KTabbers, Pinkles, Our Whizzy, Foxyloxy, Mollymoo, Tipperooooo,

Thank you so much for the kind thoughts but we're not going to the funeral. It's over 300 miles away and sadly we just can't get there. I've sent some flowers, will light a candle and have a few quiet moments later on.

Sitting here typing in the dark so I don't wake hubby.

I hate the "I don't sleep well" thing. It will get better if a few weeks, though.

Hope the Army is doing well today.

I guess I should clean up kitchen. We both went to bed right after dinner and there is much to do. sigh.

JC The hairy dieters Dave Myers and Si King. I googled it and managed to get it for about a fiver. The bookstore or something like that. All sensible and filling food but no choc or Al

We are in a state of shock here as we found out that niece died of a heart attack while on holiday she was only 41:upset:

So sad she had been morbidly obese snce the age of 16 and with the help of a gastric band had lost all the weight she needed. She got her life to where she wanted it. She was a single Mum and adored her daughter.

My heart's condolences to the daughter. She must be in 20s, early, I imagine. Too young to lose a mama.
