    Am looking forward to Chops' 21 day med challenge coming up in march. I'm a meditator already, but i look forward to some different angles.

    I behold the abundance that surrounds me, and i am very grateful to have awoken today in good health all round. :welcome:

    At the Brit awards at the mo, as many of you would know. Just putting Liam (one direction) to bed. He's had a few, and keeps mumbling about wanting to go sailing in Australia with someone called Reg who has apparently extended an invite. I haven't had the heart to tell him yet that it would likely be a one way trip.

                Hmmm....morning campers.

                A self paced day is to be enjoyed today.
                Maybe some nekkid housework?
                The dog hair tumbleweeds are back I note and the dunny's looking none too fresh either.
                Time for a cleaning frenzy.....

                  Well, I was going to report it was raining here this morning, but on second thoughts...

                  Hadn't planned to go to the blues festival, but it seems to good to miss. Even just going down to Freo is relaxing. It's got that alternative vibe

                          Hi Tawny. It is snowing quite heavily north of me. 4000 feet and above. Flagstaff is getting hit hard. Is was rainy, and very chilly here today. I rather enjoyed the day.

                          I spent some time on the mat today. I got up early, pulled oil, ate a very healthy breakfast. I then lit candles, turned on my audio system, and got undressed. As I laid back on the mat, I TOTALLY LOST IT. I was in spasms of laughter and couldn't stop it. Some fricking Gregorian chant erupted from my stereo and I damn near choked. After about twenty minutes I finally got myself under control and had a very relaxing meditative hour that was incredible.
