    Undies and visiting Ovaries - sorry for my lack of postage but it seems I have my head up my arse and I'm looking for neighbours.

    Back when I've sorted things out. All's good with me but there's a crock of stuff happening with family type people.

          hi all
          I have been having a lot of nightmares lately, right when I fall asleep. Maybe it is sugar huh? I never thought of that. Would like to cut out the sugar completely. Sometimes I wake up and swear I am hungover and haven't had a drop....Bridge, I read a book years ago called Lucid Dreaming. I was probably in my 20s so don't remember much but seems like it had something to do with being in control of your dreams and being aware that you are dreaming when you are...will have to check the library...went to the shop yesterday and my asthma was acting up, someone was welding something with horrid fumes so I said ..hey can I have my paycheck cuz my asthma, I want to leave...so they gave it to me but said don't cash it cuz it would bounce...I'm really getting worried about that place. I did get it cashed later though, they called and gave me the go ahead...how is the oil swishing going??

            Just finished my oil swishing for the morning - not finding it too bad and my teeth feel cleaner when I brush them afterwards. Don't think I'll ever be able to do 20 mins though - I can manage 10 but this morning I sAcrificed 5 mins of oil swishing for 5 more mins in bed :H

              Missy = I hear you on the dilemma - get up to pull oil or time in bed. Hmmm.

              Bridge - I've been having weird and upsetting dreams too, so much so that I've been writing them down. They can easily put me in a grump, especially with my poor. unsuspecting partner :H The sugar connection sounds very plausible.

              Well, darkness and no glasses make for painful typing, so see yous later. Have a fun day all

                I was just doing the time calculation and wondering what you were doing up so early Blondie...

                Oil pulling going swimmingly...just pop it in when I get up and by the time I've opened blinds,feed the animals and straightened up a bit, its time to rinse off. Agree with Missy about teeth feeling cleaner, but your whole mouth does too...

                Next venture is dry body brushing...researching animal plant bristles....

                    Morning all,

                    Began the day with 30 minutes of vegemite pulling, and just finished dry brushing me body with a powdered ensemble of vegemite, avocado and polydent. Why haven't i been doing this for years?! Bloody marvellous, and it seems to help hold me together.

                    I am available for dreamage Jonesy.

                    Hope all turns out well there Frog!

                      Hey there people. Sitting in LAX waiting for my flight to board. Here in LA discussing if I want another six month employment contract. This gig would require trips to the UK twice a month. Will discuss with Emma to see if doable. Yeah, I've had some dreams lately. In the latest, the Frog suggests body brushing as an adjunct to oil pulling. Or perhaps that was Saucy. Maybe I need better quality sleep.

                      Thinking of you Tawny. I hope things make a turn for the better.

                        Yep, this bodybrushing caper is all the rage!

                        Had a chat with my manager thursday and offloaded some frustrations i've had with double standards and some other poor leadership group performance issues. I basically said we should ALL be accountable and take responsibility for our actions in this organisation. Manager and i have a quite affable communication style, but i see she has a bit of a 'sweep things under the carpet and they might go away' attitude. I've decided to just relax, and go with the flow now that i've made my feelings known (regardless of the probability this person couldn't care less despite her smiles and nodding), and i'll focus and enjoy my work and leave the rest to the universe. Enough about me!

                        All the best with whatever you decide re your work. Safe travels mate, and have a great weekend yourself.

                        Now, where's that motor oil? No, not the 20w 50, the caltex. Much smoother....

                          Yes that's what I want Birdy. Something like that. So far the only idea

                          I've come up with is a dream catcher, since the cat did a highwire act on the last one.

                            Not too much inllecshual excitement before bed Bridget. Not sure if your mind is going a million miles an hour by the time you hit the hay? Can you slow it down the last hour or so before sleep? Some meditation, slow deep breathing for 5 minutes, or mindlessness perhaps (that space between thoughts). But you haven't had sleeping probs before though have you? i'm talking recent past.

                            Them country folk haven't resorted to archery yet i hope Frog?

                              Here is Leon earlier this evening practicing his standing.
                              So much to catch up. I will give oil pulling a go.

                              Gster, I think it's good that you held your manager accountable. I too am sick of double standards in the work place. By holding people accountable hopefully they to will hold themselves a bit more accountable in the future. I agree with Nicey, just admit when you make a mistake and move on. Humans make mistakes, so admit and and move forward.

                              Rags, Love the cab story. I also love all y our good deed doing.

                              Haps, thanks for the text. I actually am feeling better about myself having logged on and getting caught up on the Undies. I miss you all!

                              Worst dream since going sober is usually the one where I dream I'm wasted and doing things I can't control that I know are terrible. Though I had a recent one where hubs cheated on me with my mother and that ranked at the top of the awful dream list. Some things just never need to be pictured.
