Worried about young Satz in Oz folks.
Once or twice he has alluded to the fact he thinks he drinks too much. I have seen him in action and he can put it away - but do they all not when single and out & about ?

I think there may also be some drinking of wine at home. He'd often do that when here on computer - but as I was the same I thought nothing of it.

I told him about MWO while I was over there in Oz and today he text me for the link. Now I'm worried.

Yes Tipps I can sort out my own issues with alcohol - but feel helpless when
it's someone I love :upset:
I told him about MWO 'cos we are very alike in ways - and he would understand better than the other two - I wouldn't tell them about it - no way - they wouldn't GET it !

Satz, this must be hard.
My immediate family know all about MWO. In fact Mr JC has met most of the Irish members of the Army.

It's a difficult one. Push him too hard and he may get frightened of telling you things.

Mmmmmmmmm at the moment I would just do what you're doing maintaining your sobriety and leading by example now. Be open and willing to talk when he wants and try and talk before he's had a few not after.

Never thought I'd see the day when I got on a plane sober. Just found out you can buy coffee in airports. Who'd have thought?
