I am a full time back to school **mature** student, in addition to being wife, mom, maid, cook, taxi driver, and zookeeper for my crew.My dh travels a great deal for work. During the daily commute time I have been listening to free podcasts from wwwhayhouseradio.com with different authors and speakers about life coaching, and empowering your life sorts of topics. Anyway, one of the authors said every choice we make is based on either fear or love. What we eat for breakfast-do we fear disease or weight, and choose that way, or do we love ourselves, and choose to nourish ourselves because of that love? How we live our lives-do we fear, and hold ourselves back because of that fear, or do we choose from love? It made me think. While I would not have really classified my nightly drinking as fear, it certainly wasn't love.

Despite the almost nightly, I have an *A* average, midway through the term. Imagine what I can do, who I can be with a truly clear head!!!I am going to be looking closer at the choices I am making in everyday life, and try to make more of them based on love.

I agree with the fear factor. I think fear has a lot to answer for.

I'd love to hear that podcast. It sounds really interesting!

Me too Amethyst, what a nice, new way to really take a look at the way we see life and how we make our decisions.
