I will flit in and out to keep you company. Wish I could get a feckin' week orf.
Maybe I just will ye know. We have been carrying 2 others here that have been out almost 6 MONTHS both of them - full pay.
And in the case of one of them - this is his 3 rd time doing this 6 month jobbie.
Depression me arse !

Yup this place is a joke. If really sick - you can take 6 months off fully paid in a rolling 6 months..
That's fair enough IF you are really sick.
This fella will come back on the button of 6 months - as he did last time.
The other is out after a multiple birth - hasn't been seen for 18 months :egad:
Everyone KNOWS thay are not sick - but the company refuses to lay down the law & manage them properly. It's WRONG !

We have protocol here and there's a matrix and everything, with number of times off x durations and if you get a crap score in a 12 month period, you get disciplined !!!!!

sorry Molls, been up to my jack in stuff here, and practising my cello of course, and dealing with an increasingly stroppy tigger 7 going on about 12 I think....

trying to decide what to do for my 2 yr birthday in March... another tattoo? Piercing? Something else.....

haha yis are all daft, I only have two little ones already....

shinies on the other hand, well I really am running out of viable space LOL

I think I'll buy a purple dress... although there's something really nice about a permanent reminder!!
