Quiting has not been my problem, staying stopped was... I don't know how it works for others, but after my short 6 months, I am now feeling the benefits of being AF.

The struggle to NOT pick up that 1st drink, is not omnipotent, and I am dealing with ME. How do I FEEL? What do I WANT? Etc...
