AND the bottle was unopened Reccie - so was just for show I'd imagine.
Whether we like it or not Champagne bubbles have always been associated with celebrating - just like balloons & sparklers !
She prob doesn't drink at all - not easy to commit to study to be a doctor, internship 14 hour shifts etc if you on the lash all the time I'm thinking ?

Gonna go now & get some nice easy cook 'stuff' in M&S for my dinner this eve. My treat to me on Saturdays - replacing the vino :goodjob:
I'm like a tramp - tramp with nice eyebrows mind - but refuse to dress up & put on make-up of a Saturda just to go to the shops.
The mask - i.e. make-up - from Sunday to Friday is enough thanks.

Questy did you get going in the end ???

Take care anyone reading this avo ----------

I doubt that she drinks much at all satz. But it bothers me that she's already got the message that celebrations and alcohol go hand in hand. She doesn't look old enough to drink. Having said that, I'm not all that far short of three times her age and I'm incapable of drinking responsibly, so who am I to pass judgement?

16th June. Will you still be in Assos?
How is the running thing going really Satz? This 5k at malahide can be run/walk or even walk /walk.
When I first started running I could never imagine being able to run 1 mile. In my drinking days contemplating getting up early on a Saturday morning to run a race at 9am:upset:

Hello panno I'd been wondering where you'd got to lately, though I had an inkling. A lot of us go into hiding when we're feeling rubbish. It seems to be the alkie's natural instinct. Good to see you back. :l
