My ailments came along and bit me on the bum over the last year, I do think the alcohol damaged my body but it is fast repairing itself.
I have not been doing my Saturday morning runs for a while due to bugs I had caught off the grandchildren plus the snow and ice.
It was so good to be out and running as fast as I could this morning
Panno will you be able to come to Dublin?

Sounds like the hangover from hell coupled with flu. Maybe you could take AB to help you stay AF now?
