My ailments came along and bit me on the bum over the last year, I do think the alcohol damaged my body but it is fast repairing itself.
I have not been doing my Saturday morning runs for a while due to bugs I had caught off the grandchildren plus the snow and ice.

It was so good to be out and running as fast as I could this morning

Panno will you be able to come to Dublin?

jaysus I don't know - I never got so many ailments when I was drinking - think I was preserved like a pickle
I couldn't believe it Moll, I have never been so ill in my whole life, I have had shingles before many years ago and I think this bout was caused by the stress of work over the past months, then I slipped my disc carting heavy furniture about cleaning daughters house giving me something to do and then the other Friday night (1st Feb) I was out with an old colleague and I started drinking to ease the pain :upset: then on the Saturday I went to see, dare I say... Ronan Keating and I was drinking from 4 in the afternoon till 4 in the morning ..needless to say last Sunday my body was wrecked and what I thought was just a truly serious hangover turned out flu on Monday .....the thought of a glass of wine makes me nauseous

Sounds like the hangover from hell coupled with flu. Maybe you could take AB to help you stay AF now?
