I am resting. I have had a really busy weekend. Out on Friday night for a works do, meeting Chill yesterday, I have housework to do today and I might go to the pictures to see Flight

its lashing down here!! Alex has invited three of his schoool friends over to play playstation but only one is coming. I get so sad for him cos he doesnt understand why peeps dont want to hang out with him. Still the boy who is coming is a lovely lad so hopefully they will have a nice afternoon

Reccie posted a link last week. In a nutshell = we don't store calories fron alcohol. I FECKIN' KNEW IT!!!!

And I am watching what I eat and exercising
But reading that article explains the science bit - that we kinda suspected deep down for years. A calorie is not just a calorie. The body uses them differently 'cos the poor liver is orf trying to remove the poison of alcohol. !
Years ago they used to say - ye never see a fat alko :H
