    Army Thread Sunday 10th February

Hi spider woman, we don't normally talk about sport, it's only cos it's on tv and it's raining

We can also talk nail varnish, I just googled celebrity bash, jolly nice colour Molls. I really should do something useful ....,

I've a reputation for talking too much but while I've been here I've been uncharacteristically quiet, possibly because I've been sober for the first time since I was about 27 years old (I'm 58 now so a hell of a long time) so I'll go with the flow

Buxton is about 40 minutes away Sooty, up in the Derbyshire hillls, I live in Chesterfield, famous for its crooked spire. Its a vile wet and cold afternoon with the promise of snow tonight. It certainly feels cold enough.

Naw... well not finished the book... instead took a drive up to my folks... with me wipers not working, and it's pishing rain, so a bit of a blurry drive! Here now, chilling. Got all week to read that book (I'm a lazy sod...:H)

                              Welcome to the madhouse spiderwoman:welcome:

Back from a freezing, windswept and rain sodden race. 5 minutes slower than last year but still won a trophy

I was the oldest woman in the race and think how grateful I am for kicking the booze into touch before it killed me. Never mind racing up the Great Orme

There is a church with a twisted spire in the middle of town, no idea about the novels. Wasn't born here, I'm a Geordie by birth but ended up here as my parents lived here and after travelling the world when my husband was alive I somehow ended back here.
