Moderation Class

Has anyone out there taken a moderation class? I've heard about them, but am not sure where to find one. I might have been looking for one when I stumbled upon this website.
Just curious to see if they work or not. My Pdoc says they do not work, but she is not very inovative and old school, though she admits to not being an addictionologist.

Moderation Class

She, my dad is a successful moderator, and he did a series of classes about 5 years ago through a hospital. It might be a case of seeing whether it will work for you, but it sounds like a good shot!

PS His doc recommended it to him, so it could be a matter of it being more appropriate for some than for others.
