It's nice to see how many fellow South Africans are wearing black in support of an end to violence against women and children. Mrs. T and I had a bit of a alugh - I've never owned a black shirt, so we had to go shopping for one yesterday afternoon.

Have a lekker Friday, everyone. I'm extremely grateful that it's the weekend.

Stressful week dealing with my "issues" in front of the group and therapists but I made it through intact. Lots more to accomplish but lots under the belt too... all in all I'd call it a *result*

I have a transformer box outside my house that went haywire with the storm so just waiting for FPL to get here...

Morning tips

No black shirts here either - only stripey ones. Spent yesterday wiping and re-installing my laptop so couldn't get online, which always makes me feel lost. But I always feel so much better with a "clean" installation, so it was worth it.

I'm fine thanks zenny. Glad you're feeling happy! They seem to be keeping you very busy with all these IOP meetings and whatnot. Maybe that's a good thing. I was wondering how you plan to deal with the fact that some of your friends drink at social occasions? Will you avoid those occasions or go but simply not drink?
