I'm following the caveman diet too, satz, without realising it. Didn't know it had a name!

Hi and bye JC, off to the kit hen to do my caveman impression
Yup Reccie - it makes total sense.
It's been dubbed the Paleo way to eat to make money for some - but makes sense to me anyhoo!
Lots of science behind it !
All the guys in the gym embrace the concept.

All this talk about food is making me hungry, though I don't recognize even half of what you are talking about.

I upgraded to Windows 8 a couple of weeks ago and have been seeing all these really annoying ads popping up as bars on the right side of my browser screens and at the bottom. They're not really "pop-ups" as I have those disabled. Some I can get rid of and some I can't. I did some research and finally figured out how to get rid of them. Much nicer browsing now.
Well it's all right now. I've learned my lesson well. You see you can't please everyone, so you've got to please yourself.

Nope I couldn't give up bread. That was the only hard bit of Slimming World then when I caved I went straight for the thick white toastie loaf from M & S.
:H:H I hardly ever buy white bread... but wouldyabelieve it... was in M&S yesterday and guess what I dined on wi me beans - thick white toastie loaf... Can't wait for bedtime toast.

          Yo Siren.

          M&S is Marks and Spencer's.

Haven't even looked at the Paleo diet. Think there's a thread somewhere.

And you'll always get good food porn in the Army.
It could be worse, I could be filing.

It's when we start sneaking the wrapper out and hiding it in different bins that we know we have a problem.

Maybe I should contribute - not fair just being a voyeur.

I'm planning some home-made cioppino with Italian bread for dinner. I think I'll roast a head of garlic for spreading on the bread, too.

I have a confession to make... I've hidden a Cadbury's Bubbly in the freezer. It' too hot to keep choccies in the cupboard and the cubs ransack the fridge. It's safely tucked away behind the frozen peas.
                              I'll do whatever it takes

Swoon. But can you leave the crab out I'm allergic to it.

You are forgiven, my son. Tell yerself you're doing it for the sake of your children's teeth.
