Evening all. My hearing is crap but that could be age.

Feeling very sad all day not sure of the source? My daughter and family is moving away to Oman and we are about to sell our house to another daughter and other life changes in store for us.

Yes mrsa - they are very big changes. And as Molly says, am sure can be quite overwhelming. I wonder sometimes that with some changes - perhaps even the bigger ones? - that we're not always aware of the affect the changes have on us, and then one day we just all of a sudden feel sad, or off, or whatever it is the changes are actually making us feel. Not sure if that makes sense.

Yes Satz I have to move house I live in a 6 bedroom house and they all keep coming home:upset:

However, I love them all to bits but want my "own space" Just now it all could be easier I feel devastated.
